For most items, the answer is yes; exceptions are all sea glass rings and pieces with a closed bezel on the back that have the potential to get water trapped underneath the glass. It is less noticeable with our darker colored glass, but still possible.
For the Sea Glass Flower Brooch, we would recommend avoiding immersing your brooch, especially if you have lighter colored glass, so this doesn't happen.
